To access mobile banking, you must first register for Online Banking. Once you are an online banking user, you can download the Washington Trust Mobile App in the Android, iPhone or iPad Apps Store!

Quick Balance & Transactions will allow you to view your account balances and the last five transactions on your accounts from the home screen of your Mobile Banking App with just a quick swipe down. No need to login!
Any account you have within Online Banking will be available for view in Quick Balance & Transactions.
You will need to login using Touch ID (if enabled) or your login credentials to make any transactions within Mobile Banking.
Within your Mobile App, click ‘More’ to turn on this feature. You can do the same to turn off this feature at any time. To keep this feature enabled, you will need to log into your Mobile App at least once every 30 days.
There will be no personal information or full account numbers displayed within this feature, however anyone with access to your mobile device will have access to view your account balances and last five transactions. We recommend that you use your devices security (Passcode, Fingerprint login, or similar) to prevent any unauthorized access.

Touch ID allows you to login to your Washington Trust Company Mobile Banking App with just your fingerprint. You must have Touch ID set up from within ‘Settings’ on an iPhone version 5S or higher, running iOS 8or higher, or an iPad with Touch ID login security. Then, select ‘More’ and ‘Settings’ from within your Mobile App to turn on the Touch ID function and any registered fingerprint on your device can be used to access the Mobile App.
No, if you have turned on Touch ID, you will only need your fingerprint. However, if you wish to still use your login credentials instead of your fingerprint you will be able to.
First you must have Touch ID set up from within ‘Settings’ on an iPhone version 5S or higher, running iOS 8or higher, or an iPad with Touch ID login security. Then, select ‘More’ and ‘Settings’ from within your Mobile App to turn on the Touch ID function and any registered fingerprint on your device can be used to access the Mobile App.
Within your App select the ‘More’ options, click ‘Settings’ and turn off the Touch ID feature at any time.
Any person with an enrolled fingerprint on the device will have access to your account. Review the enrolled fingerprints on your device to make sure that each person is authorized to access the personal and financial information available within this app.
After 5 invalid tries, the Mobile App will require that you put in your device passcode to re-enable Touch ID.
