If you're a Washington Trust online banking user, simply log into online banking to get started. Just choose the "Transfer Money" tab from your online banking menu.

Program Requirements

Borrowers must meet the following eligibility requirements to qualify for the I Luv RI™ Community Lending program:

  • Applicant income must be at or below 80% of current Area Median Income, or
  • Property must be located in an eligible census tract.
  • Borrower cannot have an ownership interest in any other real estate at time of closing
  • Primary residence purchase of single-family or two-family property
