Business Spotlight: XLNT Knits
Meet Linda Hebert of XLNT Knits in Pawcatuck!
Linda has been knitting since she was eight years old and in 2009, began selling her work at local holiday bazaars. Her positive reputation for creating beautiful stockings grew, and people began referring to her as ‘The Stocking Lady.’
Since then, she has expanded her line of products to include baby and children sweaters, blankets, loveys (security blankets for babies & toddlers), hats, and all kinds of knitted items. Linda can recreate stockings for people who have their family’s patterns.
Linda’s work takes many of her customers back in time, and they tell her they remind them of their grandmother or relative’s knitting. She loves to hear their memories and help them make new ones!
She tells us her favorite part about business is working with her customers. “I love to hear their stories. I love to knit and I love to see people's reactions when they receive their item,” Linda told us.
Linda can send your order anywhere; in fact her stockings have been shipped across the country and even to Iceland! You can place an order by sending Linda an email at email@example.com or via her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/XLNTKnits
