About David
David Martinelli, Senior Loan Officer, began his financial career in 1997 and quickly worked his way up. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 2001 and was hands on in learning all aspects of the lending process. He moved on to own his own Mortgage Company in 2006. After owning his own company, he went on to earn his 5th career President's Club honor as a Regional Manager in 2016. David’s experience working for a broker and direct lender has been a huge asset to understanding the complex mortgage market. David has a thorough understanding of today’s lending guidelines and product offerings to best fit the individual needs.
