She personally assists clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction. Eleanor specializes in all types of residential mortgages, including fixed- and adjustable-rate loans, primary and investment purchases, refinancings, and construction loans, as well as portfolio lending, non-warrantable condominiums, conforming loans, jumbo loans, doctor / physician loans, and foreign national loans. She is fluent in Chinese and English.
