JP is responsible for originating and structuring commercial real estate and construction loans across a broad range of asset classes, working closely with clients to provide thoughtful, relationship‑driven financing solutions. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate lending and underwriting. Prior to joining Washington Trust, JP managed a substantial commercial real estate portfolio at a regional Connecticut‑based bank, where he originated and closed large‑scale commercial mortgages and construction lines of credit and consistently ranked among the top producers in his group. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage and multifamily mortgage underwriting.
JP holds a Master of Science in real estate finance and investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
