¿Hay algún límite en cuanto a la cantidad de documentos que puedo llevar al Día de destrucción?
Sí, con el fin de dar cabida a tantas personas como sea posible, le pedimos que traiga un máximo de dos cajas de documentos para triturar. Esté preparado para que el personal deposite sus documentos en los contenedores Shred-It y luego le devuelva las cajas.
¿Qué debo llevar al día de destrucción?
Es importante proteger su información personal y destruir sus documentos confidenciales de vez en cuando. Le recomendamos que traiga extractos bancarios antiguos, documentos fiscales y cualquier otro documento antiguo que contenga su información personal o financiera.
También aceptamos DVD, CD, cintas de casete y disquetes que hayan sido extraídos de su caja. No se aceptan artículos que contengan metales pesados en los eventos del Día de la Trituración - NO podemos aceptar pilas, teléfonos móviles o discos duros.
¿Tengo que clasificar los papeles o quitar los clips?
En absoluto. Todo lo que tiene que hacer es traer sus documentos en una caja al evento. No tiene que preocuparse de quitar clips, grapas o clips de carpeta.
¿Cómo sé que mis documentos se han eliminado de forma segura?
Las trituradoras de última generación de Shred-It utilizan tecnología de trituración transversal, que destruye sus materiales confidenciales en trozos del tamaño de confeti, por lo que nunca podrán ser reconstruidos.
