About Diana

Diana Figueroa is a Mortgage Loan Officer based out of Washington Trust’s Warwick, RI Office. She has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry and is responsible for developing and maintaining mortgage lending relationships throughout Washington Trust’s Rhode Island market area, as well as educating and assisting borrowers in purchasing or refinancing residential properties. Diana has specific expertise in first time homebuyer programs, investment properties, and working with unconventional loan applicants. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Diana served several regional and national mortgage lending organizations, most recently as a Client Relations Manager and Loan Officer for Movement Mortgage in Providence, RI. Diana holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. A Rhode Island resident, Diana is actively engaged in the communities that Washington Trust serves and currently serves as a Parent Association Member of Hope Academy. Her fluency in both English and Spanish enables her to serve a diverse clientele.
