Janell, Vice President, Regional Manager, has been with Washington Trust for 18 years. She specializes in jumbo financing, construction loans, portfolio mortgages, first time homebuyer programs and government programs. Janell graduated from the University of Rhode Island and is currently a board member of Literacy Volunteers of Washington County.
