About Lina

Lina has more than a decade of experience in banking and residential lending assisting all types of homebuyers, and specializing in helping first-time homebuyers navigate affordable lending and community lending programs. She works closely with local real estate professionals and potential homebuyers throughout New England to help educate, advise, and facilitate the purchase of a home. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Lina most recently served as a Mortgage Originator with Coastal 1 Credit Union in Pawtucket and was named a 2023 Rising Star Mortgage Professional by Five Star Professionals. A Rhode Island resident, Lina is multi-lingual and speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole fluently.
