• Providing homebuyer education classes
• Helping you choose the mortgage program to best suit your needs, including loans with closing cost or down payment assistance
• Supporting you through the entire homebuying process, from application to closing, and beyond

Homebuyer Seminars

A homebuyer seminar is filled with resources and education, giving prospective homebuyers the tools they need to purchase a home.

Homeownership Coaching

Homeownership is designed for individuals ready to purchase. Your Community Lending Officer will provide referrals to the Housing Network of RI for further HUD counseling, education and down payment assistance if needed. We will also provide referrals to other real estate and lending professionals to be sure you have the right team in place:

• Mortgage Loan Officer
• Realtor
• Home Inspector
• Appraiser
