Second year in a row named top choice for banks
For the second year in a row Washington Trust received first place for banks in the RI Media Group’s 2025 Community Choice Awards, an annual readers’ poll of favorite local businesses. Washington Trust was voted top bank in both the Westerly Sun market and the southern RI and independent market consisting of the Mystic River Press, The Express, The Independent, The Standard Pendulum, Narragansett Times or The Kent County Daily Times.
