Washington Trust Provides Financing for Hurley Farms Industrial Park

Oxford, Conn. - Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group recently refinanced existing debt and replenished capital for Hurley Farms Industrial Park, a 9-building, fully occupied industrial park located in Oxford, Conn.
The 134,661 sf of industrial/flex space, situated on 20 acres, was constructed by the sponsor, the Hurley Group, beginning in 1987 with completion of the final buildings in 2009. The buildings range in size from 12,882 to 21,000 square feet. The Hurley Group is a well-known New Haven, Conn.-based real estate firm with more than one million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and mixed use/residential properties in New Haven and Fairfield counties.
