Access Zelle® (previously P2P)
We’re excited to announce you’ll now have access to Zelle to move money to friends and family using their U.S. mobile number or email address.
New & Improved Real Time Alert Options
You’ll have access to new and improved, real time account alerts:
- Mobile Deposit Completed Alert: Confirmation when a mobile deposit has been successfully completed.
- Automatic Deposit Alert: Get notified when an automatic deposit is posted to a specified account.
- Balance Summary Alert: Receive a summary of account balances at a time and frequency that you specify.
- Transaction Alert: Get alerted any time a credit or debit transaction over a designated threshold posts to a specified account.


Enhanced Bill Pay makes paying your bills and scheduling payments easier than ever, with the same great features you have today, plus more:
- Memo lines on payments
- Alert options for payments
- Clear and concise payment status and history
- Pay multiple bills at the same time
External Transfers (formerly A2A) allows you to transfer funds into and out of checking, savings, brokerage, and money market accounts between Washington Trust and other financial institutions.
- Multiple transfer options offer simple one-time transfers, recurring transfers, or future-dated transfers
- Make a payment to your Washington Trust loan from an external account
