Jessica leads the strategic direction, product development, and consultative delivery of cash management solutions across the bank’s commercial client base. Jessica is known for her collaborative leadership style, deep expertise in treasury solutions, and passion for helping businesses optimize liquidity, manage risk, and grow with confidence. Her client-centric approach and track record of results have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and a driver of meaningful change in the organizations she serves.
Jessica is a seasoned treasury management leader with nearly two decades of experience in commercial banking. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Jessica served as Sales Manager and Senior Vice President at a Connecticut-based bank, where she led a team of treasury management consultants covering Middle Market, Government and Institutional Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, and Asset-Based Lending. Under her leadership, the team consistently achieved top sales rankings and contributed to key initiatives in product innovation and strategic partnerships.
Jessica is active in the community and has supported several non-profit organizations including Jericho Road Food Resource Center, Habitat for Humanity, Connecticut Foodshare and the Greater Boston Food Bank.
When Jessica is not working with clients or leading teams, she enjoys fishing and takes any opportunity to be on the water—no matter the season.
