Thomas Quinlan
Vice President, Commercial Banking
Thomas Quinlan is vice president, commercial banking, focusing on providing small- and mid-sized businesses with customized lending, deposit, and cash management solutions. He works closely with clients to structure credit solutions that balance growth objectives with sound risk management.
Thomas has more than two decades of experience in business and commercial banking, with expertise spanning C&I lending, SBA origination and servicing, portfolio management, and relationship development. Most recently, he served as a commercial lender for a Massachusetts‑headquartered bank, where he focused on C&I loans and supported strategic growth initiatives.
Thomas holds an Associate of Arts in liberal arts from the Community College of Rhode Island. He is a member of the CCRI Alumni Association board and has earned several awards from the college for his philanthropic contributions and alumni achievements.
