Cobrowse allows us to securely view your screen if you need assistance navigating our website, troubleshooting Online Banking, Bill Payment, Online Account Opening and more! 

Once you accept the session, we can only view what you allow us to see on your screen. We cannot download, upload, change, or control anything on your computer. 

By clicking the Cobrowse button located on the bottom of our website washtrust.com, you will be provided with a one-time secure support code.   To connect and start a session, just provide the support code to the Customer Solutions Center representative on the phone.  Clicking on the Cobrowse button alone will not initiate the session. 

You are always in full control. If you want to end the session there is a, “End” button available on your screen at all times. 

Currently Cobrowse can only be used to assist when on a computer.
