Washington Trust Provides Financing for Windsor, Conn. Properties

Windsor, Conn. - Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided nearly $11 million in financing to a Westchester, N.Y.-based commercial real estate firm for the acquisition of three industrial buildings totaling 155,000 square feet of space in the Windsor, Conn., market.

The properties are well located in close proximity to 1-91 with Windsor’s Corporate Area along Day Hill Road, which is home to more than 20,000 jobs within various industrial and office buildings. The sponsor is a commercial real estate owner and managing agent based in White Plains, N.Y.
