Dan Danillowicz is a Mortgage Loan Officer with more than two decades of experience guiding homebuyers through every stage of the mortgage process. He has a deep understanding of lending practices and underwriting guidelines, extensive experience working with complex borrower profiles, and broad product knowledge that includes construction lending.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hartford. He is an active member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and the Connecticut Home Builders & Remodelers Association. He has also served on the Board for the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders program. Outside of work, Dan is involved in youth sports and has volunteered as a basketball and soccer coach in his community.
