Your existing password will remain the same. However, at first log in, you will be prompted to enter your contact information and select a preferred contact method (ie. Email, phone call or text message).

Many of the functions remain the same, but navigation of the site has been enhanced. Functions such as account transfers or viewing balances of accounts can now be quickly and easily found using the menu icon.

The “Add Widget” menu allows you to customize any screen by adding a function for easy navigation.

Yes, you can use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password after you have logged in successfully for the first time. If your account has become locked because someone tried to log in too many times, please contact the bank for assistance at 800-475-2265 or [email protected]

Yes, however your accounts will have to be re-added. Instructions on connecting a bank account to Quickbooks can be found on the Intuit website.

Yes, there are a few things to keep in mind.

  1. Although we will email your employees who have access to the system, please make them aware of this change and ensure they can log in.
  2. Take this opportunity to remove any users who are no longer employed at your company.
  3. If your business uses Wire Transfers or ACH Payments service, please plan transactions accordingly by setting a date to use the new website exclusively.
  4. Reconcile all ACH payments and Wire Transfer transactions that were completed in the current system. After the change is made, the transaction totals will be visible in the account history of the new system.

If you have any transactions scheduled in the current system, please plan to reschedule them in the new system after conversation.

There are two options for submitting state tax payments:

• Enroll directly with the state tax agency for payment instructions

• Washington Trust offers the ability to pay state tax payments through the Automated Clearing House.

In User Management section > All Users Grid > under Login Status column > Click Unlocked/Lock to change status.

Yes. Bill Pay is a separate platform from Digital Business Banking. When the Bill Pay platform updates, scheduled payments will carry over.
