All personal and business deposit account statements are available in an alternate format for visually impaired customers.

Blind or visually impaired customers can now choose one of three alternate formats for their personal deposit account statements:

  • Large Print Format, which features larger fonts, increased spacing and improved contrast
  • Audio Format, which eliminates the challenge of interpreting statements which may not be screen-reader friendly; or
  • Braille Format, which adheres to Braille Authority of North America’s rigorous standards for transcription and production
