We're Here for You
Washington Trust is with you every step of the way. As you transition into your new home, there are a few things to keep in mind to make sure things go smoothly.
Keep your paperwork organized and in a safe place.
It is important to keep copies of all of your original, signed loan closing documents in a safe place. Your closing attorney will provide these copies to you.
Keep your home well-maintained.
As you settle into your home, it is important to keep it well-maintained and make repairs as necessary. This will help you retain the value of your home.
Keep an eye on your mailbox.
Open all mail correspondence from your loan servicer, city/town tax authority, and your insurance company. This often contains valuable information regarding mortgage payment, property tax, or homeowner’s insurance.
Help is a Phone Call Away
