The property is located in Glastonbury, an affluent suburb of Hartford, and has ample accessibility less than a mile from Route 2, which connects to both I-91 and I-84.
The sponsor, Winstanley Enterprises, is a Massachusetts-based real estate investment firm originally formed in 1973. Since its inception, the company has acquired and developed more than 115 properties comprised of more than 16 million square feet across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial and logistics, lab/biotech, retail, multi-family, and office spaces.
