Online Banking

From an existing Washington Trust account:  Log into Online Banking and select Make a Transfer within the Transfer Money menu.

 

From an account at another bank or credit union: Log into Online Banking and select Loan Payment within the Transfer Money menu. Learn more about making payments from another bank or credit union

 

 

Mobile Banking

 

From an existing Washington Trust account: From your Mobile App, tap Transfer.

 

From an account at another bank or credit union: If you are using our Mobile App, tap the More menu from your mobile device, then tap Loan Payment.

Make a payment from your Washington Trust Checking, Savings or Money Market account by calling our 24/7 Telephone Banking line at 800-226-5877 or 401-348-1399 or contact our Loan Operations department to make a payment during business hours at 401-348-1336.

By Mail

You can make your loan payments using US Postal Mail.

To set up a monthly automatic payment, download the automatic payments authorization form here, or call our Loan Operations department for additional information at 401-348-1336 option 2.
