Website CoBrowse Feature
If you’re having trouble navigating our website or online banking, we now offer CoBrowse, a screen sharing option that makes it easier than ever to get secure, live help while you’re banking online. Simply call our Customer Solutions Center at 800-475-2265 and they’ll direct you to the CoBrowse button on the Bank’s website. Once you click on it, you’ll receive a secure, one-time code that allows a Washington Trust Banker to screen-share with you and provide live, interactive instructions to help you navigate our website and online banking, or to walk you through tasks such as setting up direct deposit and autopays, or completing an online application. New & Improved Debit Cards
In-Branch Issue - If your debit card is lost or stolen, we understand that it can be very stressful. With our new in-branch issue capability, you can just stop by your local branch, and we’ll issue you a new card in just minutes, providing you with access to your accounts the next business day.
Contactless - Paying for purchases with your debit card will now be easier than ever with our new contactless debit cards. This feature is included when your Washington Trust debit card is reissued, allowing you to just “tap and go” to pay for purchases at retailers quickly and easily.
Alternate Format Statements for the Visually Impaired
Upon request, blind or visually impaired customers can now choose one of three alternate statement formats for their personal or business deposit account statements:
- Large Print Format, which features larger fonts, increased spacing and improved contrast
- Audio Format, which eliminates the challenge of interpreting statements which may not be screen-reader friendly; or
- Braille Format, which adheres to Braille Authority of North America’s rigorous standards for transcription and production
